Kung may isang rason kung bakit napakaswerte ko,yun ay ang naging tatay kita.Naalala ko pa when you stayed with me til midnight just to finish my "tree house project".I remember on my 18th birthday as you take my hand for my first dance.Naalala ko din,na mas kinakabahan ka pa sakin everytime I joined quizbees.The picture is still clear on my mind the way  you comb your hair before we'll attend mass tska mo ako aakbayan.(*smile*)Namiss ko tuloy ang mga kwentuhan.di bale,mahuhugggg kita bukas!miss na miss na kita.With all the lessons i learned form you, i can beat the toughest.

Promise,i wont eat hotdogs again.Proven: im effing allergic!My skin was tattered with small itchy patches.Insane hypersensitivity.Steroid and diphen on the rescue this morning.Been knocked out and felt drowsy that's why im on a rest day today.Thanks doc A for excusing me from work though I feel guilty, i was supposed to be on a 16hours duty. :(

 I don't clearly remember how the clicks lead me to BETTYIMAGES.What I'm pretty sure is I STALK and do random crazy stupid things that time.Accidentally, stalking  then awakened my passion on writing.I read inspiring witty posts of Ate Cathy "betty" Sanchez.This is my first online encounter with her.I just know her by name.But one thing im certain that time,I knew and feel it that she's a good soul. Her extraordinary passions made me crave for more life-moving entries as I read her blog secretly.Until I decided to make my own blog too,and here I go,writing my passions because of her.

Until one time..

Heart at work.

 I read her entry hello kidney and friends  post.I discovered that time that she's facing an uphill fight with her health.Without any second thought,I ask her how can I avail that cute blue hello kidney shirt for her second kidney transplant.Little things count. And do you know what made me admire her even more?Even if  Im  a stranger to her(not totally  though,coz i leave a bad stalking pothole) without any hesitations, she nicely talk with me,give her number and let me meet her.

She is absolutely nice,no doubt.I meet her together with her sister ate Jing near St.Jude.With that few minutes that we talk and sit side by side with each other,I feel the warmth of a friend disguised as a stranger.I feel half the pain when i saw the fistula on her arms
and the tube on her neck.She is incredibly tough!Despite of those painful turns i learned to..

Squeeze some HUMOR.

Joy in one's heart and some laughter on one's lips is a sign that the person down deep has a pretty good grasp of life. With  the way she writes on her blog, her canny sense of humor and her passion with laughter  is exceptional.This made me really like her. But more than any other reasons,I appreciate her faith and learned....

 

Hold on to your FAITH.

Reflected on her blog is her unbeatable faith.That makes her even stronger.God amazingly moves. God's intention goes far beyond anything than you can imagine.Because if you place you heart in God's hand,He will place your heart in the hands of  loving people.No wonder,why God outpoured wonderful  people who supported her all the way with her hello kidney and friends fund raising project.

This is my first time to watch Manny's fight until the last round.Sadly, Bradley won.*Flip tables!!!
Im waiting for Manny's vintage speedo moves and killer knockout  punches as I do my kagat-labi pose everytime Bradley gives in a hard shot.Bradley's consistent punches made him grabbed the belt.Though,Manny did really good precise moves and skilful defense.O btw,I hate it when Bradley hugs Pacman.That made me wanna poke his eyes with a syringe.Many were of course disappointed with the result but i think both boxers certainly gave their fair share with what a good fight is.Manny did great so as with Bradley.

"On the brighter side of the story. Pacman's defeat teaches us one important lesson in life.. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT ALL :)"

never been this excited!

i remember the first day we met  at the victory liner bus stop.
the same feeling! it feels like its the first time again.

A story entitled "Finished or not Finished,Pass Your Papers" from Sir Francis Kong's book caught my attention and  my neurons were tickled  for minutes.I remember back the days..

I was glued on this :
" Blanchard says:
        My thinking dates back to my ten-year experience as a college professor when I was periodically in trouble with the faculty.What drove them crazy more than anything was that at the beginning of every course,I often gave my students the final exam.When the faculty found out about that,they asked,"What are you doing?"


I said,"I thought we were supposed to teach these students."The faculty said,"We are but don't give them the final exam ahead of time!."


I said,"Not only will I give them the final exam ahead of time.what do you think I'll do throughout the semester?I'll teach them the answers so that when they get to the final exam,they'll get A's.You see,I think life is all about  helping people get As and not force-fitting them into a normal distribution curve."

And the tough lines from Mr.Kong  to which i can highly relate..

"There are many teachers and professors who adopt the policy,"I never give grades higher than 85%",thinking that would make them special- because their standards are higher and their expectations are better than everybody else's."

....I remember back then..I've been studying too hardcore and yet i still get the lucky 75.

I don't want to blame the Louisian standard because this molded me as a PRO ,though its really an eyesore on my OTR.

I miss school,the thrill of getting your test paper and of course the pink form.

wanderlust

My job requires me to "talk to a nearby bacteria",discreet with patients,absent due to fever is a no-no and can't go out-of town with your circle of friends! And yeah,it looks and sounds too boring! Lifeless.Im having tantrums here,realizing that being a laboratory geek restrained my wanderlust.Starting this June, for at least twice a year...Take off the scrub suit,wear a top,shorts and slippers on and taste a sweet escape from my routines and indulge with my wanderlust list. .
